Dammit, wrong forum.Anyway I'm Travis Surber creator of Hainted Holler over at www.haintedholler.com I've been a webcomic creator since July 09 and I'm looking at publishing a collection of my first 200 strips later this year and attending my first convention as a guest the weekend before my birthday. That's Intervention the weekend of Sept 10-12 and all the info is at http://interventioncon.com/ for anyone interested. I've also done a couple of guest strips for John Bintz at Dawns Dictionary Drama. I'm full of almost as many questions as opinions and will take any advice anyone would care to give me.

Random aside.

It wasn't Kool-Aid. At Jonestown? They drank another brand of powdered fruit-like beverage.

On top of everything else, Jim Jones was a cheapskate. Typical. I'm pretty sure the Heaven's Gate weirdos drank Kool-Aid, though.

According to Wikipedia it was Flavor-Aid; Kool-Aid's unpopular second cousin.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kool-Aid

But the term "Drinking the Kool-Aid" is still correct and correctly used by me because of it's generally accepted meaning. So there.  Tongue

Apple sauce, actually. Drugs mixed into either apple sauce or pudding, followed by a vodka chaser and then, to top it all off, plastic bags on their heads in case the drugs didn't work.
