Yes, I maintain all of my rights (that was my very first question when they approached me actually). They get no right to anything other than the one time publishing of it. Normally I'd protest to having no money associated with it, but if it's only four pages I can consider it free advertisement.... there's nothing I hate more than forking over money just for an ad in something. This is one better 4 full pages. Besides, this publication does have a lot of really cool poetry and prose writers. It'd be fun to see how readers react.
