Title: Can users submit feature articles? - YES!

I don't have a feature article in mind or anything, but if we do have one, can we submit it?

Most certainly! If you have an article you'd like to submit, send it to Rob (Or me. But I'll just be forwarding it to Rob.  :-\ ). The way I understand it, It will be reviewed, and so long as it's not blatantly incorrect, uninformative, or insulting/inflammatory, It will probably be approved. So get writing!
