My Time With Billy Website. (What works and what doesn't)

Hello everyone, I'm new here and wanted to get some opinions/critiques of a webcomic a friend and I recently started called My Time with Billy. We've been updating the comic for a little over a month now and we want to get an idea if what we are doing is any good or if we need to make any changes to what we are doing.

We spent a lot of time building our site so that it would match the look of our comic. But we would now like some opinions on what is working and is not and how we should go about fixing it.
We also have a thread in the "pimp my comic" area if you have any opinion about our comic. The topic is My Time With Billy.
