TopWebComics not resetting?

Anybody else noticed that, for the second month in a row, TopWebComics.com seems to have failed to reset its vote counters?

I'm not the only one here with a comic on the list (Gibson is and perhaps some others?), so I wondered if anyone knew why. o_o
