Howdy!

[RocketDad]

   I'm Raymond "RocketDad" McVay, and I've been an indie comic and RPG publisher since I became disabled a couple years ago. I'm 34 years old and live in rural Alabama with my wife, a Psychology student, and our three children.
   I'm a big proponent of open-source publishing.  With the technology we have available today, anyone with the will can publish anything they imagine with nothing but sweat-equity and patience.
   My big project is actually a setting; The Black Desert.  It's a Hard SF setting that I've been growing and writing down for almost four years now.  I'm currently publishing spacecraft deck plans for the OpenD6 game system http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/index.php?filters=0_0_0_0&manufacturers_id=3413, working on a core game for the same, publishing a blog about that and upcoming projects, and now I'm working on a comic series that ties in, "Tales of the Black Desert".
   I'm looking forward to sharing art and stuff with everyone, and getting to you the community.
