Your Valentines Date with a webcomic ads are brilliant. I don't know if it was your idea or if you cribbed it or if someone is doing it for you all I can say is BRILLIANT!

That is all.  8)

Haha! Glad you like. For the benefit of those who may not have seen it....

I admit I did crib it, sort of. My librarian friend told me about a promotion she was planning for her library, in which she would wrap up various books in wrapping paper, and encourage patrons to take home a "blind date" book for Valentine's Day. I thought that was an awesome idea, and this was my attempt to twist it into a webcomic promotion. The hope is to try to attract people who may not otherwise have clicked on my standard ad. I'm throwing real money at it this week (as opposed to spending the money that just accumulates from Project Wonderful ad revenue), in hopes of bumping up my readership. We'll see how many of 'em stick around...

Having no idea what comic it was for I clicked on it right away. I suspect it is going to be a real winner for you. Seriously. Kudos.

Of course I only found one page of Galaxion I hadn't read yet.... So know I'm nursing my withdrawal symptoms.  :'(

That is the cutest idea ever =D And I could see how that might garner you some untapped audience. Let us know how it goes!

D.Z.

Hey, that's a really creative and fantastic idea.

I'm curious as to what click-through rates and cost-per-click you got on that...?

amanda

I'm not saying anything new, but I had to chime in that this is such a clever idea!  Kudos =D
