Anyone planning on going to this convention? I just put in my application for artist's alley today. Apparently the deadline for entering is midnight tonight for the alley, so just a heads up.

It's worth it to me because it's pretty close by and it looks like the crowd will be a bit more geared towards comics than the average anime crowd.

What are the tables going for? East Brunswick is a bit of a haul for me so I'll probably pass simply because I have absolutely nothing to do with anime and my artist not only doesn't know much of it he is completely uninterested in it.

At the moment prices haven't been posted. There is supposedly a "screening procedure" they're doing with artist's alley and then we should know.

If they tell me a number I don't like I'll just have to pass on a table. Though I'm more inclined to think manga readers will like some of our stuff that people just into anime might not.

I have Bushidan, Wasted Life, and Shawn Goldheim: The Last Apprentice to sell there if I get in. Play to your crowd  :P
