Okay, folks. Let's make a comprehensive list of where new webcomickers should/can go to list their comic. You note them and I'll compile them into a final list we can set up here as an article.

Belfrycomics.net gets a nice spike of traffic for the first two weeks, but it falls off dramatically after that.  I still get a hit a week or so from them, though, so that's something.

Belfry, thewebcomiclist, reddit, rampage forums, every other forum in the world, stumbleupon... all I can think of right now

Pow! I am a comic listing whore. It's a hobby(ish thing).

- Comic Hovel
- Piperka
- Oltrecomics
- Comic Nation
- WebcomicZ
- TopWebComics
- Pow Comics
- The Webcomic List
- Top Online Comics
- Taversia's Top 100

Also, add your wallpapers to Webcomic Wallpapers if you fancy.

Linking your domain in places helps improve SEO, depending on the site, if nothing else.
(I tell ya, my main domain shot up when it was suddenly linked from 100 different spam websites...)

The weirdest thing about webcomic lists, on top of the fact they seem to pop up like Starbucks, is that they all have different rankings.

The only one I know that I don't see listed already is ComicRank. I'm not sure if it's technically a comic list, but I get a mild amount of hits from it, plus its ranking is based on traffic so you don't have to beg people to vote for you. I guess that could be a bad thing too, though.

Nuke

ComicRank has been frozen for about a month now. Suppose to open up soon, though. I put mine up just after it froze too XD

How do you even submit a comic to Oltrecomics? Is there an English version of the site?

Rob

I get a few hits from Piperka almost every day.
